I am an active member of the American Immigration Law Association. Because of this, I have access to the most up-to-date resources to assist you with your immigration matters. I focus my practice on family-based immigration, preference categories F1 through F4, employment-based immigration, categories EB1 through EB3, fiancé/fiancée visas, and other non-immigrant visas, such as H1B, L1, J1, O1, P1, and visitor visas.
